This is a large practice, with several doctors. You would think you'd be able to get a same day appointment but it's like pulling teeth to do so. Sometimes they even send you to a "doc in the box"--isn't the idea of having a GP to AVOID those places? It's reasonably good for someone with chronic health problems who can wait months between appointments. I miss my old doctor, back in my old town, who made house calls (yes, even in THIS century), and would open up his office after hours to save you from going to the emergency room, and if you got sick, he'd see you that day.
