Dr. Lerner is the most caring and compassionate doctor. He is taking great care of my husband after performing an Indiana Pouch surgery. He has kept close tabs on his recovery while also coordinating with my husband's local urologist and oncologist. We are very appreciative of the care Dr. Lerner and his team have given to my husband.

In 2011 my husband was diagnosed with bladder cancer. Dr Lerner treated him with BCG and monitored him for years. Later my husband developed kidney cancer and cancer of the ureter. Dr. Lerner removed his kidney and ureter. Dr. Lerner always took the time to answer our questions and helped us to navigate the system. My husband died when struck by lightning but would certainly say that Dr Seth Lerner was a skilled professional as well as a kind and caring man.

He saved my life from prostate cancer in 2005 it was complicated he gave me a 50-50 chance of making it and his assistant surgeons an nurse said don’t know how Dr. Lerner did it but he did he’s the best in my mind ??

He puts in patient chart that he spends “30 minutes with them” when he spends less than 5 minutes. Gives no treatment plans. Considers referring you to another doc a “treatment plan” and will bill you for it—even though he walks in knowing he can’t help you with your non-cancer problem. He bears no shame in taking money from patients without giving them care. Also, he’ll write in the chart that he did a physical exam when he didn’t even touch the patient.

If you have bladder or Prostate cancer or have had, do no waste your time. Go to MD Anderson, Methodist, etc. Rude and uncaring. Find a good doctor.
