i agree with the first review. front office staff unprofessional. however, more important are my feelings on the dr. he seemed tired of what he is doing, the doctor acted like he was doing me a favor listening to my questions, and he did not appear to care too much about my questions.
The staff at the desk is incredibly rude. I was a patient for almost 2 years until my " patience" ran out. The staff repeatedly told me to call back to make appointments because they were " too busy" to make a follow up appointment on my way out. Almost every morning I would try to call, they would leave the answering service on for a full hour after opening. Worst of all, they like to bully you over needing refills on your rx, even if you have an appoinment set. Please do yourself a favor and find a more professional office.
very caring doctor and diagnosed me after four other doctors failed to do so. I am now pain free. Dr. Wachsman and his staff are fantastic. Highly recommend.
So blessed to have found Dr. Wachsman. He is extremely caring and professional. He takes time to talk to his patients and come up with a plan of care that he has no problem adjusting with each follow up appointment if necessary. He is highly skilled and monitors his patients as individuals. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an excellent pain management physican.
