Arrived a few minutes early and checked-in for scheduled morning appointment. After almost 40 minutes, I inquired at the reception desk about the long wait. It was relayed that Dr Kapadia was behind schedule. As I had another appointment at 11am, I inquired about rescheduling, but was assured that I would be called shortly. A few minutes later, I was brought to an exam room where a nurse took vitals and reviewed information submitted during the online check-in process. When informed the doctor would be in shortly, I advised the intake nurse that I was now pressed for time. My annoyance with the delay was apparent. The PA, rather than Dr Kapadia entervthe room a few minutes later to review my blood work, schedule a 6-month follow-up appointment and sent me on my way. A simple call to advise patients when a physician is running late or behind schedule seems a easy fix to avoid this type of frustrating episode.

Staff are super, quick, nice and caring! Dr.K listens, answers questions fully, no rush and when you walk away you feel good about the visit!

Dr. Kappadia breaks the mold for patient care. He has a different approach to helping his patients look at improving their health vs the typical "take a pill approach". Even though pharmaceuticals may be necessary for some, he truly wants to help his patients make better and more informed decisions instead of cookie cutter medicine. I drive an hour and a half to see him when I have 30 cardiologists within 5 miles. He's an excellent physician!

Dr, Kaoadia was professional, friendly, and focused on my heart health but he also was concerned about my diet, exercise, and state of mind. I appreciated that immensely. He cares about the whole individual.
