Best doctor I have ever seen. Based solely on an initial consult, she accurately diagnosed a 6+ month excruciatingly painful illness (post-herpatic neuralgia) that my previous long-time primary care physician and a set of specialists with a battery of tests were not able to diagnose. I recommend Dr. Karp without reservation.

My dad was an excellent cardiologist. Sharon reminds me of him due to her attention to detail and very methodical nature. Because of her, my gout has become a non-issue in recent years.

DR. Karp is quite a smart lady. Takes a full history and will explained the diagnosis and what I could expect. She is in the office twice a week but and has always returned my phone calls and provided needed medications when needed. Dr. Karp monsters the medications she prescribes and explains what can be expected. She also treats my son who was quite ill until she was able to properly diagnosis him. Large medical practices consistently fail my needs. Their front desk is usually tied up and the recording tells you they will get back to you in 24-48 hours. I was told I was not a patient even though I had been there twice to see this doctor. Then the doctor got on the phone and didn't remember my condition.
