Dr Sheri Byrd is so wonderful, but unfortunately, i cannot say the same for her staff. They do not acknowledge that you are there. When you walk in and sign in, you're kinda like, "what the heck am i suppose to do?" and after you sign in on the sheet of paper that's there, you're thinking, "What am I suppose to do with this? Should I give it to her(blonde girl in front desk), should I wait until she acknowdleges me, should I just lay it anywhere, or should I try to get her attention?" Her staff needs to improve on answering phone calls, calling back, and most importantly, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
