Two months ago Dr Luo did lasik on my left eye. Today I still have extremely blurred vision in that eye and have gotten the run around since the surgery. Today I had a 3:30 appointment. I arrived at 3:15 to be told Dr Luo is running two hours behind. Yet another run around. I will be seeking legal counsel in this matter. This has been a nightmare since January. Took almost five months to schedule the procedure then the day of, they were unable to do anything except bust blood vessels in my right eye. Then it has been two months of noting. Keep using drops is all ihear, meanwhile absolutely no improvement. then today...the final straw. I would not recommend Progressive to my worst enemy.
