Dr. Barrett is my all time favorite Dr…ever. He is very caring, takes time to listens & speak to you at length. He is very thorough & always spot on. I hope he is able to continue my care into my golden years!

I researched each doctor within my medical plan and decided to go with Dr. Spencer Tilley. His office is 30 minutes from my house, but he is worth it. His primary concern is YOU. Every review I read was spot on. He is attentive, thorough and accommodating. He is knowledgeable and patients are his first priority. I’m surprised he is accepting new patients because he is such a breath of fresh air in an industry where treatment is dictated by insurance companies.

Working in the Healthcare Field for 23 years closely with ER, Hospitalists, and Family Physicians our family was transferred from Minnesota to CA. Shortly after moving to CA I suffered a serious injury. Dr. Tilley took charge, I mean with true concern, and it was fierce.... Neurologist, Pain Management, Stanford, and THEY ALL TALKED TO ONE ANOTHER about my care plan! Who does this? It’s rare.... Dr. Tilley and his team, from Linda to his MA, are amazing and absolutely care about YOU. The Dream Tream, so blessed. Our family has been transferred to Dallas, Texas. I am still trying to find “Dr. Tilley”, or rather Team Tilley here in Texas and if the first Dr you see doesn’t seem to fit, move on.... until you find one that will listen, care enough to care, and trust enough to drive the bus. Folks, Dr. Tilley and his family are the Dream Team. Very rare to find! Thanks Dr B for all your awesome care! SBB

Dr. Tilley is very personable, listens to you, takes time to discuss your concerns & is genuinely concerned about your health. I would (& have) recommend Dr. Tilley to others. I am grateful to have found him; especially since my former doctor retired.

Dr. Tilley takes the time to listen. Highly unusual in today's world of physicians. He is a man who truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.Dr. Tilley does not run a patient mill and does not believe in sending you to the drugstore on every visit.I have great trust in him.

I am happy to have found a male primary care doctor near where I live. I often have nagging sports industries, but I think most orthopedics subscribe to overkill remedies. Dr. Tilley is down to Earth.
