Very Knowledgeable doctor, I have been going to Dr. Rama Sridevi since 8 yrs.

The lack of professionalism, compassion, and care was so blatantly evident in every aspect of my visit. It was my first time at Dr. Rama. From long wait times, to lack of interest in my concern, to laziness in updating a prescription, to not having my consent to have a student shadow my exam, to actually prescribing the wrong medication that was time-sensitive and refusing to update it out-of-office hours even when the pharmacy called them and they answered the phone-- this place is not where one should go if they care to have a doctor who actually cares about their patients. I would never trust Dr. Rama to bring life into this world or for any type of patient care.

She is not professional at all. She is the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. She gets frustrated if you call the answering service for a real cause. She always thinks that she is doing a free service. She does not treat humans as humans during internal exams and threatens/curses patients with very harsh words in the labor room, I will not recommend this doctor at all if you wish to have a peaceful and memorable maternity experience. And last but not the least, they don't hesitate to reveal your PII/PHI loudly to the other patients in the waiting lobby.

I have always had a very good experience with Dr. Rama as my ob/gyn. Over the years for routine checkups and recently with my pregnancy and delivery, Dr. Rama was very helpful, patient and not to mention very skilled in her profession. Her staff is also great. Special mention of Manisha Patel, the lab tech, who while drawing blood for checkups, always had a kind or encouraging word to share. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Rama and her staff.

Dr. Sreedevi Rama has been my obgyn for 11 years now. She is a good doctor, she would spend time to get to know and understand your concerns and answers them accordingly. Sometimes when I call with a concern, dr would not call you back immediately, but she has always returned my call even if it’s late in the night. She’s an experienced doctor and I have had 2 c-sections with her and the sutures have healed nicely and quickly. My second pregnancy was during this COVID time, the office and staff have taken complete care and precautions. Few things that can be improved are the wait times, they are usually long, but it’s because of her being ob-gyn, it’s understandable, so I usually call the office 20 minutes before I start to check the status. Staff are courteous, the on-site availability of a phlebotomist is very handy and helps save your time.

Very rude Dr. she doesn’t know how to talk properly. She is wry arrogant. Office is totally disorganized no one know what are they doing. In gynecologist office when you call mostly men pickup the phone . Being a female I don’t feel comfortable discussing my problems with men. I have never seen office like this in my whole life. Will never recommend to anyone that they should visit this office.i wish I could have give this review without any star. Pls stay away .

With heavy hearten i'm clicking 1 star since only then it allows me to post my review. My first negative review to a person who has made me see the worst situation that no one should face anytime. I went to her for confirming my pregnancy. She took few blood work and told everything is normal. I visited 4 times regularly on my 5th week and had few blood tests done. Then my ultrasound was scheduled for my 8th week. On my 7th week, i had severe abdominal pain. I literally fainted cause of pain. I called the office immediately and asked for an appointment. They gave me the next day's slot. I also asked if they can schedule a scan along with an appointment. The front desk told a big NO. I can't even get out of my car.After waiting for almost 1 hour with the worst pain i was called inside.Doctor just saw me, touched my stomach and told, it was a gastric pain.She told me to get TUMS ' from Walgreens and have 2 capsules daily. At my 7th week i'm meeting her with pain, she didn't even take… any scan or any checkups.After taking TUMS for 4 days, on 5th day the pain went terrible. I called the Doctor office. They connected me to the doctor. Even at that time, she told me to change the tablet from TUMS to GAS X.Once i had that capsule, My pain got worse and i ended up in ER with critical surgery. It was an ectopic surgery. My ER doctor's first question to me was, " How come you didn't have scan for these many days having pain?" Since it is ectopic pregnancy even after that my fetus is going to be removed. But If Dr. RAMA examined me on the first day of my pain, I must not have ended up in this critical situation in ER,at the life-threatening situation.I'm not suggesting anyone to visit her or not. But on the Doctor side, Please i beg u, if a patient comes in pain please do take her scan at the first moment itself. Even if the fetus might be in a size of a Dot, please do confirm the pregnancy by scan and check whether it is in the right place. That too if a lady comes with pain give her special attention.We only trust doctors words. If a doctor didn't direct us in right direction, we end up in the life-threatening situations.When i woke up after surgery, the very first statement my ER doctor told me was " WE COULD HAVE LOST YOU".If a pregnant lady who didn't visit the doctor even once, have a chance of facing this. But in my case, i visited 4 to 5 times within 3 weeks. Even then i had faced this terrible situation. So, pregnant ladies please be aware of whom you are visiting, what you are going through.

Worst dr I have ever seen. Totally money minded. They want money in advance before submitting claims to insurance. Once insurance pay you won’t get your money back easily.
