Dr Cruz clearly knows what she's talking about then it comes to her area of expertise, but her horrible bedside manner far outweighs the benefit of her knowledge. All doctors have knowledge, a GOOD doctor doesn't treat their patient like an emotionless lab rat. During our visit she did not look em in the eye and spent most of the visit messing with her cell phone.
