His interest in minimally invasive therapeutic image guided procedures led him to pursue advanced fellowship training in interventional radiology at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. Dr. Fafinski returned to the University of Missouri where he served as an Assistant Professor of Interventional Radiology where he developed an expertise in the image guided treatment of primary and metastatic tumors of the liver, kidney and lungs.
