The staff at University Orthopedics are friendly, kind and helpful. Michelle was exceptionally kind and helpful. I have been a patient of Dr. Gross for years and he is always knowledgeable, attentive and kind. I hope he never retires.

As always he greets with a great smile.Ssks how things are going like he has known me for years. Told him what happened to the new knee a couple weeks ago. Told me X-Rays looked good. Might be a muscle pull . .If It doesn't get give him call Other wise he'll see me in 6 months. Awesome doctor!

He was very knowledgeable and made sure that the patient, understood exactly what was going on. He does not rush and clearly explains everything. He has an amazingly friendly patient/ doctor Interaction, allowing the patient to be very comfortable and not hesitant to ask questions. Have used him for years and will continue to.He is the best.
