Rating by Linda Fowler, Deweyville, TXI was referred to Dr. LaMendola because I needed surgery to repair a very large hiatal hernia that had allowed my entire stomach and a large portion of my transverse colon to move up into my chest between my heart and spine. I met with him in his office and knew after talking with him for just a few minutes that he would be the surgeon to do my surgery. I needed a Thoracotomy. He explained the procedure to me in terms that I could understand. I knew that I was facing a very big surgery and he did an excellent job and I have been recovering nicely...I would give him a rating of 10.

Fixed a mess, from another Doctor: Dr. La Mendola is a caring and fantastic Doctor. His patients come first. He operated on my throat. He went in and fixed what another screwed up. I give this Doctor a 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
