Staff has terrible personal skills. Rude over the phone and rude in person. Makes you feel bad about calling to squeeze in for immediate illness. Blames you for non-current forms and their poor organizational skills. Doctor wants you in and out. More concerned with playing with his many computers in the office than sitting down and talking with you about your concerns or potential problems. And for all that technology, very waffling about prescriptions and frequently changes orders. Very willing to brush off your assumptions and prescribe generic care. Pharma sales rep are able to squeeze in on any day ahead of waiting patients' needs. Quite unprofessional and just going through the motions.
