Poor bedside manners. He is a poor example of a medical professional as his attitude with other healthcare professionals exempts him from being a team player. He is what one would call King Baby.

Medical ease avoiding humanist harm with ethical, experienced, empathic, honest, humorous, knowledgeable and extremely intelligent Dr. Roche manages to track my status & advancement professionally from adolescence through midlife crises recovery now pandemic and retirement chapters including a few lengthy hospitalization —medications stabilizations family counseling leading to a pattern of always making it through to a greater destination (better medicines, better movies, better photos etc...). That’s life. My outcome benefits from having met Dr. Steve A. Roche, MD

He is the best in the world. I don’t want to ever get sick again because he healed me of trauma and addictions. We never know what’s around the corner so hopefully his presence will always be available to me .......

Dr. Roche gave compassionate, encouraging, wise, no-nonsense counsel in addition to thoughtful medication management for my young adult son. He welcomed family input & connected with our son in his time of need. Our family was greatly relieved that we didn't have to fight for a voice with him in our son's recovery! Our lives have been turned around - thanks in no small part to Dr. Roche. I highly recommend him.

HE'S BEEN MY DR SINCE 2001. HES EASY TO TALK TO. HE'S A GOOD LISTENER. HE'S GOOD AT DIAGNOSIS AND MED. MANAGEMENT. EVEN WHEN YOU GIVE UP ON YOURSELF AND LIFE, HE NEVER GIVES UP ON YOU. I LIKE HIS "BEDSIDE MANNER"- HE TALKS TO ME ON A LEVEL I CAN UNDERSTAND, WITHOUT BEING CONDASCENDING OR CONDEMNING. WHEN YOU HAVE A CRISIS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, HE CALLS RIGHT BACK.

No kidding. She acted like she had something else to do besides answer the phone.

Dr. Roche is the best psychiatrist I've worked with. Understanding enough to hand you a kleenax, smart enough to get your meds right and tell you what you need to hear. I credit him with having gotten me through college sane. The staff is great, too. Still, beware of unruly children in the waiting room.
