Dr. A treated my rotator cuff issue with great results. His technical knowledge and scientific application to the problem was 2nd to none. Super Physician from all aspects. I highly recommend Steven to anyone looking for the best health care around!

I think the doctor is excellent. It would be nice if the secretaries were more approachable. Rather then telling me, they should have told you all the information during your surgery, they could have just kindly given me the information I needed. Afterall, it is not easy to go through a surgery and post follow up etc.

It is very difficult to make an appointment for North Andover office visit. 80% of chances nobody answers the phone, 80% of chances nobody returns phone call after left message. In order to make one appointment, I made about 10 phone calls. After 2 visits, I still feel pain in my knee. I want a MRI scan. They refused to give me a referral by phone. I have to set up another appointment just for referral. On my 4th visit, the nurse told me that I do not need referral from my PCP. But later my health insurance provider declined my claim because lack of my PCP referral. Worse than that, I asked Dr Andriola for prescription medicine and confirmed with nurse before leaving the office. But when I arrived CVS, CVS never received any prescription from this office. I give up and look for new specialist instead.
