Dr. Blazar came highly recommended by Attleboro pain clinic. After years of back issues he gave me my mobility back. The only problem I have now is that there is no cure for degenerative arthritis but he made it so I can have a much better quality of life. My surgery was 1/31/2018 and I have had no issues where he worked on my back.

This DB deserves zero stars. How has he not lost his license yet? Look at all his reviews all over the internet. Very unhappy patients. Someone needs to investigate this hack!

This “Dr” is a hack. I can’t believe he is allowed to practice. No wonder his reviews are so bad.

This so called doctor ruined my life! I have no feeling to my left foot, my left leg swells up if I stand to long or walk for more than 10-15 minutes. I've been on nerve and pain meds for the past 3.5 years. the worst part of this is I tried to sue this doctor and I could not get a lawyer that would take the case in Mass or RI. Besides the life long damage he did to me the surgery part was a story that no one believes. Blazar scheduled my back surgery for a Tuesday in May of 2013 and the surgery was only going to take a few hours. it took about 5 hours and no one came out to tell my wife what was going on. when he finally came out he told my wife that during the surgery he damaged my spinal fluid sack and thought he made the repairs to fix it. That was not the case. the pain I was in was like someone was smashing a slug hammer to my head. the pain level was a 20 out of 10. he said we was going back in the next day to make the repairs again and he did go back in but made it worse. I… suffered another day of unbelievable pain. He again went back in and could not make the proper repairs. It has now been 3 times he tried to make the repairs with no luck. he came to my room and told my wife and I that he had made arrangements previously to attend his daughters graduation in Texas so another doctor in the department was going to do an MRI the next day and schedule the surgery to make the repairs. HE LEFT ME IN PAIN TO GO TO HIS DAUGHTERS GRADUATION! Anyways to get back to this nightmare, the doctor that was going to make the repairs did nothing for 2 days and when my wife asked what was going on with the surgery (mind you that my pain level now for 5 days was beyond numbers) the manager said the doctor refuses to touch me and I would have to wait until he returns. The nurse manager could not believe what was going on and my wife came back to my room to explain in tears what the doctor said. she was afraid to tell me. I worked at a hospital in Boston so I called the VP of nursing and told her what was going on. she had an ambulance there within a hour to transfer me to Boston. I was in the hospital for 29 days in Boston before they released me. No one believes this story when I tell them and when I went to these lawyers to file for malpractice they said that judges don't like to see malpractice cases because it ruins the doctor life. YUP! I am in the process of filing a formal complaint against BLAZAR to the RI Board of Health. I also filed a formal complaint to the hospital he preformed the surgery at. I was at Mariam Hospital in RI for the surgery, I will say the nursing staff at the hospital was THE BEST. they tried everything to attempt to make me feel better, the nurse manager was unbelievable. My formal complaints is against Blazar. I would be happy to sit at any court hearing for anyone that wants to sue him for malpractice and tell my story.

I will suffer for the rest of my life because of his incompetence. According to my lawyer, he shouldn't be allowed to perform surgeries anymore. I have permanent nerve damage from a surgery he botched and have to take nerve pills for the rest of my life. I'll never be able to play a sport again. My life is ruined and it's because of him. Put it this way, when you meet with a lawyer and they shake their head in disgust after they hear his name after asking you who performed the surgery you'll feel a indescribable rage. He's a smarmy, clown of a man who shouldn't be allowed to perform surgeries on anyone.

Dr. Blazar is a caring physican who is concerned about his patients well being. He is very upfront and to the point with his treatment. I have had many visits with Dr. Blazar and I'm very please with my outcome.

If you can't handle tough love and you can't handle a doctor that is straight up and straight forward with you then maybe he isn't the doctor for you but that does not make him a bad surgeon I've had two surgeries neck back he explained to me everything that was going to happen I've had regular appointments yes he is I am very straightforward but he's an excellent surgeon it's going to take time for my body to heal but she told me before hand it could take two years yes I'm having some issues with my feet burning I still have back pain but he is actively working with me and taking care of all that which I was told before my surgery there's might be some of the side effects that might happen you need to listen to your surgeon and remember The things that he tells you before your surgery

Do not let this man touch you. I had neck surgery and am left with my spine sticking out around all the atrophied muscle and was told do not worry you hair will cover it . He would not answer any medical questions ,I got the hand in my face and was told it needed to heal for a year. He also lied about what he did in the operating room .
