he was far from perfect. if you had an appointment but didn't have the appointment card with you, there was trouble; his staff would claim you didn't have an appointment and you would be out of luck. If you called him with an emergency, he wouldn't return your call and the next day he would tell you that the phone number digits were inverted on the message that was left for him (happened three times to me). His nurse once neglected to tell me there was blood in my urine-- I was in a lot of pain, went to another doctor who looked at the results of a urine test Dr Tamarins' office did for me; immediately the new doctor told me there was blood in my urine, i probably had a kidney stone and send me asap to a urologist. Thankfully, it was taken care of in time. He was a good man, but as a doctor not so good. I could have died from that kidney stone if it wasn't detected.
