Swati D Vora, MD

My 4 year old son had been experiencing abnormal jerking while sleeping which had me concerned. I took him to see his Pediatrician who referred me to Dr. Swati Vora, Pediatric Neurologist. He was thinking my son could be having seizures. I called Dr. Vora's office and was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. I found Dr. Vora and her staff to be helpful and kind. Dr. Vora took the time to see my son and explain what may be happening. She was very attentive to him and my concerns. She had ordered an EEG and we will return after the results are available. I left her office feeling very relieved and confident Dr. Vora would be able to help us.

The waiting room is very unfriendly for children. There is a sign that says to keep your kids quiet and on your lap, but this is not always possible. Bring entertainment for you child. However, Dr. Vora herself is fantastic.

DR SWATI VORA CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER WHAT SHE IS DOING ONE VISIT TO ANOTHER. SHE HAS OVER PRESCRIBED MY CHILDREN ON MEDS AND THEN ASKED WHY IS HE ON THEM. SHE DOES NOT TALK LOOK OR SAY ANYTHING TO MY CHILDREN. SHE WALKED IN AT MY CHILDS APPT. AND SAID I ONLY HAVE FIVE MIN. BEFORE HE FREAKS OUT. I HAVE BOYS WITH AUTISM AND SHE HAS STARTED RUBBING HER HEAD AND TELLING ME THEY ARE TOO LOUD AND HAVE ONE OF US REMOVE THEM OUT OF HER ROOM. DR. SWATI VORA JUST MADE COMMENTS AS " OH I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU" BUT NEVER ONCE DID ANY TESTS OR ANYTHING TO HELP. WORST UNETHICAL NEUROLOGIST IN OUR OPINION IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN BACK TO HER AND HAVE ALREADY FOUND ANOTHER NEUROLOGIST THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP INSTEAD OF TALK OFF THE WALL AND NOT EVEN REMEMBER ANYTHING. SHE TOOK THE WORST NOTES A DR. COULD TAKE. VERY VERY POOR OF HER TO BE IN PRACTICE AT ALL!!!!!
