Worst pharmacy ever would think it be convenient here in new Waverley as small of a town as we are but the staffs rude and out of their mind and they depend on who they will and will not treat I’ll stick with Danny at McNeese drugs I’ll drive that north rather than give another penny to these people. I am diabetic I have high blood pressure and I have COPD they would not even give me,My needles for insulin. I am 45 and now I have ran into some minor female issues my doctor had to call medicine out for me today and they threw it back to my doctor rejecting to fill it for no other reason then we were highly upset when I could not get my needles for my insulin they then chose to tell me it’s their decision and they’ve had problems with people there in the middle of new Waverley. They have also given my 69 year old mother which just lost my dad two years ago problems stay away from these people they have noRhyme or reason to their decisions. I don’t think they really even care but please… let’s shut them down. I don’t believe in the care that they choose to give to our community we really don’t need that kind of trouble here in our one stop light town. Yes I was aggravated with how they treated me with my insulin needles but it infuriated me when I found out how they treat my elderly mother it’s unacceptable she is a loving Christian woman and raised me well I’m just telling y’all stay away from them. It might just be my opinion Or my experience I find it odd that they would treat my elderly mother just as bad as they have treated me let’s push them out of our town!!!!!

Horrible pharmacy I’ve been with McNeese drugs in Huntsville For 13 years now I thought when Waverley which is closer to my home gained a new pharmacy it would be wonderful they are horrible people they are judge mental they go against laws they reject doctors prescriptions and would not even give me my medications or my insulin needles that could’ve ended up a life or death situation. Now my doctor has called in a prescription to them and they kicked it back because we are a one stop light town it’s almost like they think they have all the power they are refusing me my prescriptions they are rude they hang up on you like they’re above everybody else as a consumer I think this is a very poor way to treat their customers. They then Told me they would not give me my insulin needles because they have a problem in this little 2000+ population town so they judged me on what they thought I deserved and then refused my doctors prescription I hope these people do not stay in business very… long my uncle Darrell White was sheriffs of Walker County for 20 years my family has been here Forever we are pillars of the community and this is how we are treated they are horrible and I will never do business with them again I will drive further up north to go to my original pharmacist McNeese drugs. My mother which is a widow of two years since my dad passed and she won’t use them no more because of all the problems they have caused her I guess they pick and choose who they want and I pray to God that they don’t last in this town long

We can always count on Mr. Bill Witt and his staff to take care of all our needs. Pleasant and helpful. Glad to have this business in our city.

He was my OB/GYN when I lived in Rochester in the 1990s and he was the best I have found over the many years in 4 different States!

I’ve been going here since they opened and only have great things to say about them. Bill has worked with me to provide my monthly meds, even helping me with pricing when my insurance dropped coverage on some meds. He takes time to answer any and all questions and my prescriptions have always been filled in a timely manner
