Very professional and excellent follow up from surgical coordinator. Staff is courteous .Dr. Poole is very pleasant straight forward and professional.

Don't waste your time with this cattle ranch where you will be walked through every test imaginable like you are part of a herd, just to drive up the cost of your visit- which you will most likely have to pay for at the visit, then wait for them to reimburse once they get paid from the insurance company. My experience: 9 months later, 5 phonecalls, and still no one can tell me why my claim has not been filed, and I have not received a callback -ever- not even from the office manager. Completely inept- medical treatment at its very very worst- the poster child of bad practice, and Dr. Poole could care less about who you are. You get 3 minutes with him, because there are 20 people an hour driven through this 'practice'

Aug. 10 visit: One hour wait for assistant to administer test. Then 30 minute wait to see Dr. Poole. Rushed exam. Diagnosis: Serious glaucoma. 90 percent of optic nerve atrophied. Come back in a week.Aug. 17 visit: One hour wait for visual field test. Then 30 minute wait to see Dr. Poole. Diagnosis: I don't have glaucoma. What about atrophied nerve? Should I worry? Answer: No answer, excempt "Don't worry, come back in six months." Doctor rushes out of office.Tried to get copy of exam record for my new doctor. Rude office staff won't accept PDF of permission letter to release info ("we don't do email.") Their suggestion: "Send a letter." Makes sense given that they seem to model their service after the U.S. Postal service
