Dr Ricci incorrectly documented my medical records as having IBS which in turn resulted in denial of health insurance. I confronted her with this issue and 2 weeks later I received a letter by mail stating she would no longer be my PCP.

Dr. Ricci is competent as a family physician, but given unusual medical conditions she is quick to refer rather than research and solve herself.
