Very friendly staff. The office is run very efficiently. Almost zero wait time. Dr Kramer is very kind, professional and knows his stuff. We felt at ease and well cared for. We're very glad we chose his practice. Highly recommend.

My first visit to an orthopedic doctor for my back in my 68 years. Dr. Kramer was attentive, thoughtful and professional in his demeanor, analysis and recommendations. I have a follow up post MRI to determine our next course of action.

I went because my job send me there. First he was not even with me 10 minutes he did a very poor physical exam. I am a Register Nurse with 20 years of experience working with ortho doctors and he really is a disappointment to the healthcare industry. I do not think he care for the patient he sees but just care of the money he get every time he said that the patients are exaggerating their symptoms and have mental issues. Every case is individual and you as a professional cannot treat everyone the same. Is so sad to deal with this type of professionals that can make you think if going to the doctor is a good idea. Shame on you...

Dr Kramer did a spectacular job replacing my knees. I woke up in very little pain and healed nicely. No complications and I have full range of motion. Warm personality and kind.

I was having “gut” issues for about 12 months and finally made an appointment with a G.I doctor, so I met with Kramer. I anticipated a longer meeting, but I felt rushed and cut off the entire time. I was there maybe 20 mins all together for my first appointment. I told Dr Kramer I wanted to get to the root cause. I asked Dr Kramer if we could run a stool test first or hormone tests since I had just got off birth control and noticed my whole body felt “off.” Dr Kramer would cut me off when I tried explaining my symptoms. He also stated he wanted me to take antibiotics first and “a stool test wasn’t even on his mind.” He insisted I take the pills and then follow up with him in 4 weeks. I didn’t like how medicine was just thrown at me without explaining what it was for. But I decided to do what he said, so I took the antibiotics for 1 week and my gut/digestive issues got worse. So I made an appointment with a Functional medicine doctor instead and finally got answers! Not only was I… with this new doctor for TWO hours, but we got to the root cause after running a few tests. I’m currently being treated for SIBO, and getting my hormones (flushing my body out of the excess estrogen from the birth control causing a lot of the symptoms and cortisol / adrenal glands functioning better). I’m finally feeling more like myself. It was a waste of time and money with Kramer! I wish I hadn’t gone.

Dr. Kramer operated on my lower back in 2005. He performed and L4/L5 fusion. I had no issues with my lower back until a fall in 2015. Due to the fact it was an emergency situation, another doctor performed a fusion from my mid-back down using plates, rods and screws. After the surgery two doctors asked who performed the L4/L5 fusion and I told them and asked why. They said he did an excellent job. I have two prosthetic knees and my right one apparently started to loosen. I was walking and lost my balance slightly, but that was enough to snap my tibia in half. I asked the ambulance to take me to Mercy so I could see Dr. Kramer. I requested him multiple times to the ambulance drivers and the ER Staff. Another doctor handled my case in the ER because it was in the evening. I did not like that doctor and requested a second opinion by Dr. Kramer. My doctor told me he gave them his opinion. I later found that to be a lie because I received a call (while in the hospital) from someone on Dr.… Kramer's staff and they told me that they were calling to cancel my appointment that was coming up. I asked why and she said that I must stay with the doctor who is handling my leg fracture. I then explained that appointment was made WEEKS before my leg fracture and it was for my back. I also asked if he would give a second opinion on my leg fracture. She told me he would not give a second opinion. I said that I had a right to a second opinion and I trusted Dr. Kramer. She told me that I have that right, but Dr. Kramer has the right to refuse and he does not want to give me a second opinion. She told me she would ask if I could keep the appointment that I scheduled for my back, I told her to cancel that appointment. My initial experience with Dr. Kramer was excellent, but that was back in 2005. I am sure he was an orthopedic doctor who was just getting started in his practice back then. He took time to listen to you and genuinely cared about you back then. It appears to me that as his practice grew and he became a better orthopedic doctor, it went to his head and changed the kind of doctor he was. I have a lot of orthopedic problems and there was another doctor I was with when he was just getting started and 30 years later, that doctor won the "compassion" award which is only given to 3% of the doctors in the COUNTRY!! I am still with that doctor, unfortunately he no longer does knee replacements or fractures associated with them. I guess some doctors as their careers take off they begin to view themselves as above all of us, but there are other doctors who as their careers take off and they become better doctors, they care even more about helping their patients. In my eyes, those are the TRUE doctors, the ones who start off, continue to educate themselves and put their patients care as their top priority. What makes them a great doctor is that they get to see how they helped someone who was suffering so bad in pain, get better and still treat that patient with the utmost respect. THAT'S A GREAT DOCTOR!! In my eyes, Dr. Kramer has developed a "God Complex" and he picks and chooses who he wants to help, that is not a doctor. That is someone who thinks they are better than everyone else. It is just a matter of time before he ruins his reputation. I am now grateful that I did not waste my money on that appointment. He could have been a GREAT doctor if he had just kept his patients concerns and feelings at the top of his priority list. There are a lot of GREAT doctors out there, do your research, read the reviews (all of them) before choosing one.

I had lumbar lami and fusion l4-l5 with hardware with a prominent neurosurgeon who i was told "fixed other peoples messes". Well the entire surgery was a nightmare, leaving me in pain and on a boat load of pain meds. After seeing 4 different doctors who all said, "sorry i'd like to help you but theres nothing we can do" I found Dr Kramer. I wish that I'd have found him years ago! After surgey 90% of the leg pain is gone and not all, but a lot of the low back pain as well. I was so happy with Dr Kramer he also did a hip replacement months later. Completely happy with Dr Kramer and his team!
