Dr McDonnell is a flim flam artist who only believes in taking care of his bank account and not the patient. Make sure he is in you medical plan otherwise he will send his collection goons after you.

Dr McDonnell is only concerned with building his bank account and fleecing patients. He should change the name to his practice to Dewey, Cheatum and How.
