I cant thank dr.pollard enough, for saving my twin sisters life. There is no way I'll ever be able to show him enough gratitude for what he did for my sister. If it wasnt for him, I wouldnt have my other half. He is the BEST HEART SURGEON EVER! he is VERY HONEST, has amazing bedside manners, keeps in close contact with his patients and cares about them as an individual. He will do what he thinks is best and when I say take his advice, I'm serious, he is right. I can never thank you enough dr.pollard.

Dr Pollard came in on a Sunday night after attending a seminar in Nashville. Performed emergency heart surgery. He corrected a problem another Doctor created.He was great in the follow up.

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Pollard. He was not prepared for my office visit and was unable to speak to me about my heart cath I had completed per his orders and I was scheduled for Open Heart Surgery with him the following morning.

I was surprised that the office made the appointment for me when the doctor was very clear that there was nothing he/his office could do for my KNOWN condition. I wasn't coming for a diagnosis of a problem but for possible treatment. If you cannot treat certain problems, no appointment should be made. PERIOD. Shame on the staff and doctors! My time and money is valuable too. When I brought this to the office's attention I was told that the staff made that decision, clearly they aren't capable of making that kind of call. The appointment process needs to be reevaluated. But I guess they made their money and didn't have to do anything for it.
