Went for an annual physical check up. Things went very well until I found out that I was being charged twice (new patient physical + new patient office visit). When asked, he told me that he charged for an additional new patient office visit because he had to ask my past/family history questionnaires. What a joke!!...is not past/family history part of a physical check up?? Later on, he became very rude and told me that if I wish I could go somewhere else and slammed the door while exiting room. Very un-professional and total rip-off. Avoid him if you can. P/S His office staff are very friendly and co-operative

Great human skills for last 30 years and you leave feeling like you have a new friend.

Dr. Sass has been practicing long enough to have seen almost everything. He picked up Melanoma on my ear, and he knows when to send you to a specialist. He does tell past patient stories but only to illustrate what he is finding on you. In this day and time, I treasure having a doctor like him!

During my first appointment Dr. Sass not only gave me an extraordinarily thorough physical over the course of a full hour, but also took the time to ask several critical lifestyle & background questions. The second appointment was no less thorough than the first, and included a careful review & explanation of every detail of my blood work. Dr Sass practices old fashioned medicine with a heavy dose of common sense. I have found my new primary care doctor.

He loves to tell past patient stories and waste your time and really does not listen to what you are saying. He dismissed what my own endocrinologist said and my questions, concerns and symptoms. I have had to go in numerous times and was dismissed and treated in a condescending manner about how I was feeling and my symptoms.. Now I have a whole body issue and have to be treated by three specialists for a multi-systemic fungal infection.

Fantastic Doctor, I would highly recommend.

Provider no longer provides contraception to women, abruptly found out when asked for refill six months after physical. Subscribes to outdated beliefs re: frequency of paps (yearly) and doesn't feel the need to care for women/provide paps. Does a disservice to his patients.

Both my husband & I have been using Dr. Sass for many years. We have found him to be very caring, professional and knowledgeable. Very thorough physical. Last year he saw my son as a new patient and picked up his thyroid cancer on a routine physical! Nice staff as well. Newly renovated office.

Sass, told my mother in law that he tested her 18 different ways for cancer and that she had nothing to worry about. He then presented a treatment plan that contributed to her mass in her breast growing 6 CM in just a few months. Stay away from this Doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!
