Dr. Tina Young Poussaint, MD, FACR

Dr. Tina Young Poussaint is Radiologist-in-Chief and the Lionel W. Young Chair in Radiology at Boston Children’s Hospital, as well as a professor of radiology at Harvard Medical School. An internationally recognized leader in pediatric neuroradiology, she specializes in neuro-oncologic imaging and advanced MRI techniques for children with brain tumors and other neurologic conditions. Dr. Poussaint earned her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College and her medical degree with honors from Yale University School of Medicine before completing residency training in diagnostic radiology and fellowship training in neuroradiology at Massachusetts General Hospital. She serves as Director of the Neuroimaging Center for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Consortium and has held numerous national leadership roles, including president of both the American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology and the American Society of Neuroradiology.
