This doctor employs a resident to see 'overflow patients' i.e. if you book first time you will be seen by a resident but charged full rates ! they only tell you that the wait will be long (I waited 3 hours 10 mins - 2 other people just left so it would have been even longer had they not left). Doctor is kind but this practice is obviously money driven. Consider going elsewhere.
