Dr. Tracy Lee Neuendorf, DO

I was a patient of Dr Neuendorf for many years. During that time I had a good relationship with he and his staff. Once they asked me to give a presentation at an event they had to recruit new patients. I was asked to describe the improvement I had in the quality of life and pain reduction. In effect I was chosen as the "poster boy" for his practice. We moved out of town so I switched Drs. During the 4 years I was away I kept all of my medication levels the same as when I was his patient. I did start using medical marijuana as it is legal in Florida and it was not in Ohio. Now that I have returned to Ohio I hoped Dr Neuendorf would continue my care. At first he agreed to take me back as a patient. Today I was told he is no longer willing to see me because of the medications I take. These are EXACTLY the same medications and dosages I took when he treated me before. In 9 days my pain pump will run out of medication. This pump was installed by Dr Neuendorf and now he is… refusing to maintain it. He has zero ethics. Avoid this man at all costs. He will stab you in the back when you need him most.

Went in for treatment, gave me pain relief. They didn't like it that I was at work and couldn't come in for a pill count. They then lied and had on my medical record that I failed drug tests (never happened). I receive drug tests randomly at work every quarter. I don't use drugs! They never followed up after my surgery nor did they care. They also need to remove the negative remark on my medical record

12 plus years of getting procedures with nothing but temporary pain relief. My pain level continue to as time went on. Neuendorf is a liar, he could care less about you, I had a pain pump and a spinal cord stimulator implanted in me after having 60 some procedures. Then for voicing my dissatisfaction with the treatment I was receiving and incompetent staff I was discharged. I was left high and dry with no one to manage my to devices. I'm sure he made a couple hundred thousand on me over the years. He should have been a veterinarian.

The doctor is wonderful if you ever get to see him The doctors and nurses are fine The office staff Pre cert. Working with insurance. Completely incompetent

Love this doctor... very caring

This office is nothing more than a cash cow. Brought my father in because of back and hip pain. More than a year later and several procedures, things are worse. Dr. & staff communication with the patient is poor. Dr. spends very little time discussing options and procedures and sometimes doesn't conduct the recommended procedure and or not present for followups. Office and the rest of the staff are rude and inconsiderate. Neuendorf is strictly thinking about money. Avoid. Go elsewhere! You can do much better!
