I’m very disappointed by this experience. Dr Jones started out very nice but than as soon as I had an issue his attitude toward me changed. I never even received my before and after a or anything from them. It was crazy you would spend so much time in the waiting room because no one is ever at the front so they have no clue who was first or if your even there. So to start off I went in wanted very large implants I wanted them to look fake and he had my try some on and obviously know nothing about sizing so I trusted his judgement. Well the day of surgery the main lady came in and said she doesn’t know why he told me that size they don’t even make it and I actually want this size so I trusted her I expressed what I wanted and she assured me it was what I wanted. Well the surgery went ok I thought. Since my 3 weeks went by I have had nothing but pain and stinging I expressed it and he told me I could get X-ray but it’s $1000. Now it’s been almost 6 months I waiting long enough to see if… thing would change. But Iv spoke to two different drs who have told me his process is so wrong I should have been wearing a supported surgical bra and should not have been laying flat on them. So in result my implants bottomed out and I called him to speak to him cause not only is the size I wanted is not at all what I got but now Iv bottomed out and they wanna charge me half what I paid to fix what Iv been told was his mistake. I wouldn’t mind paying to fix something but the other drs have told me that I should not even have to pay for this and I’m just now so self conscious because when I lift my arm in a tank top you can see how it’s bottomed out it’s worse than before I got them done. I’m just devastated by this entire process. Wish it would have turned out different.
