Be prepared to pay for your full office visit up front if your deductable has not been met. This is a first.... every insurance company I have ever had has a co-pay.. and the office bills you for what the insurance denies. Not in this case, they want the money then & there or don't make the appointment is what I was told.. Also when asked if there was a female Doctor... I was told no!! Why didn't you ask that question 1st instead of wasting my time... REALLY????? So symapathtic to a women's concerns I see, this receptionist should go work for a gas station w/these kind of personal skills. Sorry but there are must more pleasent people I would like to deal with when going to see this or any kind of Doctor. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!
