This listed rating (5) is a farce, since the parameters do not relate to this physician's actual patient relationships. As a radiologist, he personally sees an extremely limited range of patients as the vast majority of his interactions are indirect - consisting of unassiciated reviews of radiological studies performed by staff technologists which require NO physician - patient interaction. It is impossible to provide a rating of "5" in all categories when the patient is almost never seen by the physician. It is suspected that this rating was actually provided by the physician himself to enhance his own imaginary image. In fact, Dr Tatikian retired from VA at the approximate time that this fake laudatory review was provided. He returned to his beloved California, from where he escaped a failed domestic relationship in the late 1990's.
