I have nothing to say but good things about Dr.Crandall and her staff. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes after I arrive before I get to see the Dr. or one of her associates. They are all so friendly, courteous and helpful.

Short wait, visit went well, very nice lady. Even though I hate getting drops in my eyes, she made it go quick enough that it didnt hurt, then she explained everything so I could understand.

I took my husband to Dr. Crandall, and it was his first eye doctor appt ever at almost 30! She was patient with his fear of being touched near his eyes and made him feel at ease! I would reccommend her to anyone who needs extra attention and clear explanations at their MD appts!
