Dr. Samuel is Knowledgeable and very accurate when treating your paticular diesese. I became a patient in early March, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Samuel and his staff. It feels good to have a doctor who cares and knows how to treat whatever ailment you may have.

You might have to wiat for a while to see him, but he is a very intelligent doctor. He patiently listen to you, and gives you answers to your questions. He is very kind and caring.

Once he actually gets in the room he is fantastic! BUT, you wait in the waiting room for over an hour, then wait an additional 20-30 minutes once you are in the room! They book multiple appts at the same time, knowing he takes a long time with each patient. Very, very inconsiderate of the patient's time.

New nurses every few months, whenever they are fire/quit, he has to have his mother answer the phones which results in him not getting important messages about prescriptions - this is downright dangerous if you are on epilepsy meds. Suggests the same medications that don't work every office visit.
