A good friend of mine recommended I see Dr. Vad for my lower back, unfortunately it has slowed me down and I am not as aggressive at the gym. I have 2 herniated discs and arthritis. He recommended several yoga exercises to strengthen my back and core. I have been doing them for over a month as well as taking some supplements he recommended. What a world of difference!
