Personal Statement: Vince Afashi, MD, a board certified dermatologist, is a native of Orange County, California. Dr. Afsahi graduated from USC Medical School with honors before completing training in dermatology and dermatologic surgery at USC. Dr. Afsahi specializes in skin cancer detection and surgery, and the latest cosmetic procedures including laser surgery, facial rejuvenation, Botox treatments for wrinkles and hyperhidrosis, Restylane injections, leg vein treatments, facial peels, collagen injections, and total skin care with medical grade treatment regimens. Dr. Afsahi is an active member of several of the most prestigious medical societies including being a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery, and the Orange County Medical Association. He is affiliated with St. Jude Hospital and Medical Center, Western Medical Center, and Tustin Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Afsahi is a frequent speaker on the latest trends in cosmetic dermatology, and has volunteered extensively for several charitable organizations including the American Cancer Society.
