Dr. McIntosh has been my trusted surgeon and care provider since 2015, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. While she is highly rated, in demand, and understandably busy, she consistently exemplifies excellence in every aspect of her care. Her bedside manner is unmatched—she is warm, compassionate, and always patient, no matter how many questions I have or how nervous I may feel. She takes the time to truly listen and explain, ensuring I fully understand my options and next steps. Her professionalism and expertise inspire confidence, and it is clear she genuinely cares for her patients’ well-being. As a surgeon, Dr. McIntosh is extraordinary. Her skill and precision are remarkable, and the outcomes I’ve experienced under her care have been outstanding. I always feel I am in the best possible hands with her. I have been seeing Dr. McIntosh for 10 years. She has performed surgery for me to remove ADH. I trust her with my medical issues. She is a wonderful person and her staff is superb! Englewood Breast center is the best. I have moved from NJ and am considering going back just so I can see her and her team again. I fully trust her!

I was truly blessed to have Dr. McIntosh as my doctor. She is not only a skilled breast surgeon but a warm, compassionate, caring person as well. She has been there for me 150% of the time. She is extremely professional yet very approachable with regard to answering any and all questions I have asked her regarding my treatment. Pat, her Nurse Practitioner, is also a tremendous asset to the breast surgery team at Englewood Hospital. She, too, is there to assist and answer questions in addition to reassuring patients should they need a little extra TLC. All in all, I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. McIntosh and her entire staff. I wish to thank each and every one of them through this review for helping me in this journey; and for imbuing me with positive thoughts throughout.

Outstanding to have, wonderful to work with!!

I am very disappointed from this center. Main point they do repeated testing (yes their motivation in most cases appear to be monitory gain) . Taking advantage of sincere concern and fear of breast cancer in women they to do unnecessary repeat testing. I just saw my GYN and she told me that she gets lots of women calling her after a first visit to EH breast center. They are invited for further observation. I feel uncomfortable saying it but this center is like an assembly line and it my impression is that repeated testing is not innocently. Who assessed the number of invitation for re-assessment comparing them to other centers. By they way they are super nice to all women. Super nice....but that does not convince me that the practice good medicine.

When you see Dr. McIntosh you are there because of a serious or potentially serious issue. She is going to be direct and tell you everything you will need to know to make an informed decision. I have been her patient for five years and as my surgeon I have a deep trust and level of confidence in her skilled hands because I know she is one of the best out there.

The doctor has no bedside manner. When she had test results, she wouldn't discuss them till the following day. She is abrupt and does not seem to have any care in the patient.
