I really respect Dr. Thappa and his office staff. They are always kind, friendly and efficient. Dr. Thappa takes his time to sit with me and answer all of my questions and explains clearly anything with what I may be confused about.

Not only is Vivek Thappa a terrific doctor, he is a good man. He really knows his craft. He is proactive and direct with diagnosis and advice. I trust him with my life and in my life.

Dr. Thappa may be very knowledgeable, but he is extremely rude, abrasive and insulting to patients. He is covered by my insurance, so I have to go to him.

Dr. Thappa is an amazing doctor; very knowledgeable, personable and a great communicator. He always has time to answer questions and his staff is friendly, courteous and efficient.

Dr Thappa is good at what he does, but he does not have very good bedside manner. He is rude, abrasive, and uses offensive terms like "retarded". (As in "that's retarded") He is very intimidating and that makes it hard to communicate with him.
