The replacement doctor was terrific. Get more drs like her. I'm frustrated by my current doctors lack of availability.

Dr. Gersappe in my opinion did not listen to me at all. I know my own body. She didn't listen to my concerns at all during my visit. It took me almost 4 months to get a response from replies I sent to her messages. I even talked to nurses at her office regarding my concerns. When I finally did get another appt with her, my concerns were largely ignored. Further, she insisted that I snore if I don't have my cpap on. My husband and children all tell me I never have. She didn't believe that and said they were lying. She also told me (originally) that I barely needed my cpap to I needed it badly. This was based off the same results as my previous appt. When I said that I didn't understand why her opinion changed she gas lighted me and said I was remembering wrong. When I was done with the appt. I looked up the notes from my previous appointment summary. Sure enough she wrote in her own words that I hardly needed the machine. I definitely would not recommend Vrushali A. Gersappe. Steer… clear.
