Very professional and compassionate. You don't often get the chance to choose your anesthesiologist, usually only meeting him ten minutes before your procedure, but if you can make your own choice I highly recommend Dr, Grote. Note that I've left several of the choices unrated since the questions didn't really apply to our specific medical care setting.
