The staff are not easy to work with. Difficult to make appointments with. No call backs. Will not leave messages or leave incorrect or incomplete messages for Doctor. Everyone passes the buck. Aloof and not friendly. Once you are accepted in the room, you can wait 45 minutes or more because doctor is always running behind and staff covering for her. Doctor cannot accept criticism of her or her staff regarding these issues an told me to find another doctor if I was unhappy with these conditions.
