thinking of changing doctors-dr smith SEEMS to worry about how to bill the patient rather than find out the root cause of your illness-dr potter isn't much better-he mis-diagnosed me and it caused chaos in my household

I was hoping for information, help, and guidance. He was clearly just looking to fill out the form on the computer and get out of there. He didn't even say goodbye, he just left the room. I wasn't sure if I was even done with the appointment, I had to check with the front desk.

Ditto below reviews. No personal interaction. Very little diagnostic work or questions. More time spent typing in computer. I think he looked at me once? Switching doctors.

Always seemed to care less about why I was there, was mostly checking things in the computer while I was talking, sometimes I wondered if he was actually listening at all. A very poor experience.
