Dr Shaia and his staff were amazing. They saw my husband after seeing other physicians for continuing vertigo, and after visits, PT, and a change of medications he is back to his old self. Dr Shaia was thorough and assured us he would figure out the problem. He did and we can't recommend him highly enough!

You can tell a lot about a doctor by his staff and even before I met Dr. Shaia I could tell that he was going to be a good person. His staff is cheerful and helpful even on a Friday. When we met I explained my problem and he zeroed in on it immediately, finding a cause that other ENTs had overlooked.

Felt like the decision to do surgery was made hastily and not accurately. Testing to reach the supposed diagnosis was not thorough, especially as it was the basis of the decision to operate. The testing facility was limited. The staff couldn't be nicer however. I wish I could have had more confidence in this doctor.

Dr. Shaia gave me hope. He told me I had an option of surgery when I was told by other doctors to go home and live with. I have just had surgery and not only was he caring but on this the second day after surgery I am feeling better already. I am grateful for his openness with me and feel that I am going to be completely well after recuperations. Thank you Dr. Shaia.

I have been seeing an ENT for ear infection and hearing loss. My ENT ref me to Dr. Shaia in order to complete treatment. I have found Dr. Shaia to be thorough and to the point. He is goes above and beyond to fix your illness.

I have to say that Dr. Wayne Shaia is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Not only is he thorough, he cares about his patients and spends the time needed with you. He is a gentle doctor, not abrupt. The only complaint I have about his office is that his waiting room is not big enough and it is too crowded to use a mobility item such as a wheelchair or rollator. I recommend him to everyone I know who has an inner ear or balance problem.
