Dr. Vaughn took time to listen and ordered appropriate tests leading to a diagnosis that I wasn't aware that I had. He took time explaining and giving me the right information for me to have a better life.

Vaughn asked if I had a girlfriend, to which I replied that I'm homosexual. He gave me a very concerned look. He then ordered a full STD panel. At the same time he immediately put me on antibiotics because he suspected Syphilis (despite no characteristic symptoms, and despite a history of stomach problems). The STD tests came back completely negative, so I'm never going back there. He also failed to inform me about the serious side effects of a certain medication. Note about vitals.com: I can't use the 3-letter word for homosexual because it's "profanity".

I went through severel doctors and was misdiagnosed through the years. Dr. Vaughn diagnosed me with a rare condition that doctors before had missed. My quality of life has improved with treatment and I can now live a happier longer life.

One of the best primary care doctors I've ever had. It's easy to make an appointment and I have never waited over 5 minutes to see him. He's a great listener and very compassionate.
