Dr. William J. David, MD, FACC

After receiving very average care and attentiveness during an emergency Hospital visit for severe chest tightness Dr.. David recommended in writing that I follow up with his office for a stress test. After waiting several days for Dr. David to provide the appropriate order to his office I was finally scheduled for a stress at his Lake Mary office. After arriving at his office, I filled out the required paper work and waited patiently for my 8:30 appointment. Some 45 minutes later I was escorted into an office and told I would not be having a stress test Further I was told rather abruptly that I was not scheduled for a stress test and can not just show up at this office for a test that was not scheduled. After becoming extremely agitated due to an incompetent and extremely unsympathetic staff I was told to leave the office. I was not allowed to speak with Dr. David. Dr. David from a remote office conveyed the following message to his staff " If I am not satisfied I should find… another Cardiologist". Dr. David is a Cardiologist in the wrong business. The staff members in which I had the interface should be reprimanded for their insensitivity and rudeness. The fact I had traveled 0ver 50 miles round trip with additional cost for road tolls was of no interest to the support staff. It is absolutely no surprise that Dr. David's name is no where to be found among the top Cardiologists in the Orlando area. I am certain there exists more talented Cardiologists and professional support staffs in the Orlando area. Do yourself a favor and find one should you need such services

Dr. David is always professional, demonstrates the highest respect for his patients and their families. My husband has been his patient for more than 8 years and we think he is the best.
