After being admitted on an emergency basis, my other Csrdiologist made arrangements to have Dr. DeLacey perform surgical implantation of a pacemaker. Dr. DeLacey explained in detail why I needed the device, what was happening with my irregular heart beat which necessatited the device, and what would be done during the procedure.
