Front desk service needs improvement. Back office personnel was very busy on their own conversation to notice patients standing by. Apparently they did not care that it's inappropriate to talk about the patients and their medical conditions in the hallway. Doctor was "ok" but he was too, too, busy figuring out his lap top to pay attention to the information being discussed. Would not recommend & will not be back. by the way.. I did not just come to spend my copay money, I needed your help!!! why don't you follow through with what you needed to do?
