I encountered Dr. Boyd at Banner occupational health clinic. I had just fallen and injured my hand. The office staff seemed nice, but the wait to see the doctor was over 30 minutes with only 2 others in the waiting room. Once in with the doctor, he was obviously in a hurry to leave for the day. His examination included squeezing the injured part of my hand and then admonishing me for crying out in pain. "you need to calm down" was what he said while his clumsy fingers caused me pain. His bedside manner was rude and uncaring. I left and went to the ER across the street once I was told that the X-ray was closed and Dr. Boyd didn't know where the splinting equipment was. At the ER I found that my hand was fractured and had it splinter and cared for
