Dr. Moeller is a good doctor. Unfortunately he is in an office that has been in disarray for a very long time.Thye refuse to address staff issues, and put their errors back on their patients. The office manager is extremely rude, and has no professional courtesy whatsoever. The doctor's assistant is extremely incompetent, and the front desk is equally as poor. Communication skills are the main issue within this office. They cannot take, or relay, messages between one another at all. Prescriptions and orders from the doctor are easily confused, and often either sent out incorrectly, or not sent at all. When they are asked multiple times to correct mistakes, they cannot accept blame or responsibility, and often try to put it back on the patient. One shining example was my spouse trying to get a medication filled at one pharmacy, and they sent it 4 times in a row to a different pharmacy. They could not comprehend that we were not using the pharmacy they had sent it to, and stated that they could not take it out of their "computer system", and this what caused the multiple errors. In the meantime, my spouse went for nearly 2 weeks without her medication. Still to this day, they cannot figure out how to delete the pharmacy we have never used out of their "computer system".
