Dr. Thornton has single handedly been the most amazing person in my daughter 15 years of life. Born with an extremely rare birth defect, BPES. Dr. Thornton has performed multiple surgeries on her and she looks amazing. This child had eye openings of about 3 mm, and eyelid muscles that do not work. At 15 1/2 years old, no one can even tell that she has had any sort of trouble. The result of Dr. Thornton's work has been remarkable.
